The Galaxy needs a hero. Take control of one of the space empires locked in total combat. In this futuristic galaxy of action-strategy you answer the call.
Combine the deep strategy of chess with classic arcade action and you get Supernova : Galactic Wars. Commanding either the evil Red Legion with their beautiful and deadly leader Tanja or the mystic Blue Army led by the wise Great Council.
Command a space fleet of 10 unique ships, for a total of 20 ships available for you to control. Each ship has up to 3 different types of fire for a total of 26 different weapons!
Move your ships on the battlefield like a chess game, and when 2 ships move in the same spot the arcade fun starts! You'll be able to fight against the other ship in realtime, using arrow keys to move and 1,2,3 or Z,X,C keys to shoot! Each ship has up to 3 different types of fire for a total of 26 different weapons!
Reach objectives that are given to you for each mission. You either must control X planet in X number of turns, wipe out all enemies, and more. Use your resources wisely as the number of ships for each mission is limited. You collect money through battles and/or through controlling planets which allows you get more ships.
As a player you can expect:
Variety of game modes: Using the Story Mode you'll lead your faction to the conquest of the galaxy, destroying the opposition.
Using the Quickbattle mode you'll be able to setup a custom match choosing from 5 different maps (each one with different playing strategy) and build your own fleet ship to ship.
In Survival Mode you'll have to take control of the faction Mothership and survive as long as possible vs unlimited enemies.
